After a pair of close games the previous two weeks, the Frisco football team improved to 4-0 on Friday with an impressive 76-28 victory over Lebanon Trail.
The Raccoons, who are now 2-0 in District 7-5A Division II, had more than 700 yards of offense in the game. Three players rushed for 100 yards or more – Bradford Martin, Bryson Clemons and Blake May – and quarterback Caree’ Green threw four touchdown passes. Two of the TD passes were to Chase Lowery, who also returned a punt 53 yards for a score.
The Frisco defense shut out Lebanon Trail in the third quarter, when Frisco blew the game open. As Frisco’s offense scored four touchdowns in the quarter, the Frisco defense forced a Lebanon Trail punt on one possession and stopped Lebanon Trail on fourth down on two other possessions.
